Service Description
Each week we'll discuss the pillars for optimal living and create habits for lasting transformation. Week 1 Mindset. Develop a positive mindset and challenge limiting beliefs. Week 2 Sleep. Understand the importance of sleep create the ultimate sleep schedule. Week 3 Nutrition. Learn how to use food as fuel and a tool for a vibrant healthy life. Week 4 Exercise. Consider the benefits of developing a consistent, functional exercise routine and learn the basics or get some tailored advice that fits your athletic goals. Week 5 Self-care. Learn the importance of a self-care routine . I'll give you some tips and at home practices for Yoga, Meditation, Journaling, Recovery, and Massage. Week 6 Spirituality. What's it all mean? Why are we here? What's our Purpose? How can we live a more divine/spirit led life?
Cancellation Policy
Please give 24 hr notice for any cancellation. No refunds will be given for missed coaching appointments. "No shows" are subject to not being rescheduled. Multiple requests to reschedule are also subject to not being rebooked. Massage appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to charges of at least 50% of the missed appointment cost. Mobile Massage Requests must be made by phone and must undergo an Interview process.
